Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various machines in the trim shop to ensure smooth production flow.
Trim and finish products to meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or trim shop environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
