Senior Marketing Leader, P&L & Growth Strategy

Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a major partnership with full P&L ownership. You will guide a team, shape marketing strategy, and drive revenue growth through data-informed decisions across metasearch, paid search, app marketing, and other channels. In partnership with regional teams and Agoda’s product and commercial teams, you will optimize budgets, measure performance, and influence senior stakeholders.
