Enterprise Customer Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live Configure the software to meet customer requirements, including integrations, workflows, and user settings Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and milestones Coordinate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and validate success criteria Deliver live and recorded training sessions for customer teams Ensure customers understand product capabilities and how to use them effectively Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows and drive deeper product adoption Help define and improve implementation processes, templates, and tools Required Skills: Experience implementing SaaS products in a highly technical environment, with a strong understanding of software systems, workflows, and integrations (APIs, SSO, and data imports a plus). Excellent project management and organizational skills Prior experience working in a customer-facing role, enterprise experience preferred Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail Analytical and process-oriented mindset Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus Must be at least 18 years old Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/week Note: This is a full-time position.
