Lobby Concierge & Guest Experience Lead

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador in New York City. As Concierge, you will greet guests, manage the switchboard, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere and security throughout their visit. You will handle guest requests, coordinate with colleagues, and maintain a smooth front desk operation with MS Office proficiency as part of daily tasks. This role is on-site in NYC with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.
