Leading complex transformation initiatives, the remote Process Engineer will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on process analysis, cross-functional facilitation, and project leadership to drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and design improved future-state processes
Facilitate complex process-mapping sessions and evaluate the interplay of people, process, technology, and risk
Establish KPIs and benefit-realization metrics while supporting the implementation of technology-enabled improvementsRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of relevant experience in business process improvement or related fields
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process-improvement initiatives
Preferred certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare is preferred
