Facility Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) – 713 Music Hall Employer type: Live Entertainment. Pay published for this role: $25 to $50 an hour. What the work involves: Inspect, repair, and replace venue seating, from tightening bolts to replacing upholstery or damaged components. Maintain and repair restroom fixtures, including toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, and flush mechanisms. Perform facility repairs including carpentry, painting, and drywall patching and finishing. Handle basic electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and troubleshooting minor wiring issues. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns during events. Respond quickly to urgent or unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime, including supporting event-day repairs as needed.
