Job Summary:
Responsible for various accounts payable and operational duties such as, invoice review and prep, credit card statement reconciliations, and report generation.
Job Description:
- Essential Job Functions
- Review invoices, communicate with vendors to obtain W-9s, prep invoices for payment
- Reconcile credit card statements, fuel cards, Home Depot, process for payment
- Distribute Bi-Monthly Wire Transfer Memos, obtain Officer Review/Approval submit timely
- Process monthly restitution payments
- Assist with vendor acquisition and sending jobs out to bid
- Perform other duties as assigned
- SkillsAbility to communicate effectively verbally and written
- Strong organizational and follow upWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- EducationHigh School diploma or GED equivalent
