Site Supervisor/Study Project Manager

The Site Manager will oversee operations across West Broward clinical research sites, supporting both neuroscience and psychedelics programs. This role blends site leadership with hands‑on study project management, with responsibility for stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling site performance while helping build future program leadership structures.

Drive recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and protocol requirements Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and vendors Manage study timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution Monitor KPIs including enrollment, retention, quality, and profitability Maintain CTMS and data entry compliance Train, mentor, and develop research staff Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing needs Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Marketing Improve workflows and operational systems Phase-Based Expectations 0–90 Days Stabilize operations and improve recruitment funnel Assess team performance and implement accountability Ensure protocol and regulatory compliance 90–180 Days Scale enrollment and site efficiency Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes Define structure for future program leadership 180+ Days Support hiring and onboarding of program leadership Maintain operational excellence during transition
