Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its St. Petersburg office, supporting a team of 3-4 attorneys through sophisticated real estate transactions. This role touches leasing and affordable housing matters, and land use/zoning experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will draft and review documents, perform title/UCC searches, manage critical dates, and coordinate with clients and attorneys to keep multiple transactions on track.
