Junior Project Manager

The opportunity: I'm partnering with a well-established, full-service construction firm with nearly30 yearsdelivering across the NYC metro — development, general contracting, and construction management. Their portfolio spans multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, landmark rehabs, schools, and public facilities. ️They're looking for aJunior PMready to step up, work shoulder-to-shoulder with Senior PMs and Project Executives, and help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout. What you'll actually do ✅ Take ownership of assigned scopes across the full project lifecycle ✅ Coordinate subs, suppliers, architects, consultants, clients & field teams ✅ Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement & documentation ✅ Support budgets, cost tracking, forecasting & financial reporting ✅ Keep schedules and milestones on track ✅ Run site visits for progress, quality, safety & compliance ✅ Navigate permitting, inspections & NYC DOB coordination ✅ Spot problems early and help solve them What you bring 3+ years in construction PM (GC or CM environment) Experience across commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, infrastructure, or renovation work Strong grip on drawings, specs, contracts & documentation Hands-on with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement & subs Organized, proactive, detail-obsessed Proficient in Excel; Procore and/or AutoCAD a plus NYC experience + DOB familiarity strongly preferred Why you'll want this ⭐ Competitive $110K–$150K + comprehensive benefits ⭐ Real ownership of active NYC projects ⭐ A diverse portfolio that keeps the work interesting ⭐ Direct mentorship from seasoned Senior PMs & Project Executives ⭐A clear, defined promotion track to Project Manager ⭐ A stable pipeline of public + private projects with an established firm Interested?
