Senior Data Engineer, Product Data Systems BforeAI is an innovative and rapidly expanding scale-up dedicated to deterring cybercrime through cutting-edge predictive and preemptive technologies. We've harnessed the power of prescriptive AI to revolutionize the way we tackle cyber threats, stopping attacks before they launch. Named by Gartner® in 48 reports over the last 4 years and recognized as a Tech Innovator for Preemptive Cybersecurity in the 2025 Emerging Tech report, BforeAI is the industry’s fastest, most accurate solution for automated protection against online fraud. Join us in the fight for a safer cyberspace! Why it’s great to work here
We are a location-independent company with a fully distributed team. We believe diversity of experience, background, and thinking leads to stronger teams and a better product. We value autonomy, intellectual honesty, practical decision-making, and engineers who take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for perfectly defined tasks. We offer an intellectually stimulating company environment and you’ll be working with a bright, dedicated team from across the globe. Additionally, we offer flexible time off, sick days, all public holidays, and stock options. What’s cool about this job
BforeAI stops cyberattacks before they launch. That means many customer conversations start with explaining a capability buyers haven't purchased before. Enablement here is a direct revenue lever, not a support function. You'll work across Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing on a hard and rewarding problem: turning deeply technical, predictive security capabilities into stories that win deals. We are hiring a VP of Sales Enablement to build BforeAI's sales education program from the ground up and to be the person our commercial teams turn to for how to pitch, demo, and win.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the strategy for how BforeAI's commercial teams learn and win, and you'll do much of the building and coaching yourself. We're a small team where everyone is a doer, VPs included. Build the sales education program Design and launch BforeAI's sales education program, standardizing how commercial team members learn, from onboarding through ongoing development.
Define the knowledge and skills required to win customer opportunities, and formalize them into a clear learning journey for Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
Build the scripts and supporting materials the team uses every day, and keep them current as the product and market evolve. Analyze and improve the sales motion Synthesize current sales motions and assess how well they open opportunities and close deals.
Analyze wins to document what successful pitches look like, and examine losses to run gap analyses and improve performance.
Join customer presentations to observe, document recurring challenges and objections, and feed what you learn back into training and messaging. Create playbooks and messaging Create and present playbooks for our product and target verticals, covering pitches, product demonstrations, value propositions, and objection handling.
Review messaging with team members for both live and written customer communications.
Partner closely with Product and our product experts to understand every capability of the platform and translate it into what the commercial team needs to win deals. Coach, assess, and report Build realistic opportunity scenarios, run role-play sessions, grade participants, and create improvement plans where needed.
Maintain an ongoing record of Account Executive and Sales Engineer performance to guide targeted enablement.
Report regularly to leadership on individual and team capability in delivering product messaging. Be a hands-on technical voice for BforeAISupport customer calls alongside Account Executives and Sales Engineers when volume requires it.
Create content for public outreach, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, white papers, and SEO content.
Represent BforeAI as a technology expert at webinars, industry events, and other outreach opportunities. You’ll be a great fit if
You have significant experience building and leading sales enablement, education, or training programs for B2B SaaS, including at least one high-growth startup.
You have worked as a Sales Engineer or in a comparable technical presales role, and you know what it takes to demo and defend a technical product in front of a buyer.
You are deeply technical in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, predictive analytics, or data analytics, and can explain complex technology clearly to technical and business audiences alike.
You turn win/loss analysis and deal observation into specific, measurable improvements in how a team sells.
You design and run effective role-plays, assessments, and coaching, holding people to a clear standard while helping them reach it.
You write well and present confidently, whether it's a playbook, a customer email, a blog post, or a webinar.
You have built certification programs with readiness metrics tied to pipeline and win rates
You are a hands‑on leader who sets the strategy and does the work, and you're comfortable without a large team or ready‑made infrastructure.
You collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Marketing in a fully remote, distributed environment. You do not need every item below, but relevant experience may help you have an immediate impact: Experience in a quota‑carrying sales role
Experience selling to enterprise security, fraud, or risk teams
Familiarity with threat intelligence, digital risk protection, brand protection, or online fraud
A public profile as a speaker, writer, or industry voice in cybersecurity At BforeAI, we're dedicated to building a diverse workplace based on merit, work ethics, and character, and we believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success! The target annual base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $225,000, plus equity. Final compensation is determined by geographic location, relevant experience, and role‑level benchmarking. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, so you will need to be authorized to work in the US. We will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities as needed. Want to know more about BforeAI?
