Established clinical protocols and support staff are in place to ensure effective treatment delivery for adults requiring community-based behavioral health services.

Clinicians on assignment may also explore nearby attractions such as the Southern California Railway Museum, the March Field Air Museum, and regional destinations including LEGOLAND California, SeaWorld San Diego, and Catalina Island ferry adventures. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services for an adult population, working day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 60-90 minute initial psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute medication management follow-up appointments for adults presenting with serious mental illness (SMI). The clinician will deliver specialized care encompassing crisis intervention, recovery management, and medication services for community mental health patients. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
