Company Description: Mighty Minds and Muscles has served NYC families since 2011 with a neurodevelopmental, bottom-up approach across OT, PT, Speech, and Academic Support — in-clinic, in-home, and in schools. We're growing our pediatric therapy teams in NYC and Jersey City — and looking for clinicians who want more than just a caseload. The organization emphasizes family-centered care, collaboration, and evidence-informed practices to help children build functional skills in daily routines. Services are designed to be engaging, playful, We are looking for passionate and dynamic and who strive to grow as a practitioner. Pediatric Occupational Therapists at Mighty Minds and Muscles Therapy & Coaching Services have the opportunity to be part of a small intimate team of OTs, PTs, Speech Therapists and Special Education teachers while receiving or providing mentorship and supervision. We have a wealth of resources available to you and knowledgable team members to work with while on-site or off-site. Our team is growing, and we have flexible, small and large caseloads available across school-based, home-based and clinic-based work. What makes This Role Special? For the school-based setting, we encourage and train our therapists to think "out of the box" - bringing the quality and creativity of private practice into the educational environment. You will work in schools but not be bound by the "school therapy" mindset. If your passion lies in helping kids thrive through movement, play, and functional skill- building —not just seated handwriting drills —then you’ll thrive with us. In the clinic-based setting, you will receive ongoing mentorship and support through both individual and group meetings. If you want to take your OT career to the next level, we will help you do that! We want dynamic, enthusiastic therapists who are self-driven and independent but who want to seek mentorship to grow their therapeutic mindset and tool bag. 3.
