Job Description: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with energetic materials and solidpropellants, understanding of formulation development: Prerequisites: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science.5-10 years experience in energetic materials, solid propellants, solid rocket motor propulsion in an aerospace, defense environments a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Technical leadership in an engineering and manufacturing environment. Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical clientele. Propellant formulation, material properties, rheology, cure chemistry, and performance. Launching energetic materials laboratories, pilot lines, testing, and failure analysis. Must be a US Citizen, due to our adherence to ITAR Regulations.
