Director, Intimates & Active Merchandising

Pact in Boulder, CO is seeking a category expert to own Women's Intimates and Activewear year-round. You will lead the category pod, drive design and development, and own revenue, margin, and inventory health from pre-season through post-season. You will guide decisions using consumer insights, fit feedback, and performance data, while leading fabric innovation and competitive assessments to keep Pact ahead. This is an in-office, full-time role with travel and product ownership responsibilities.
