STRUCTURAL WELDER/ALL SHIFTS/$18-30DOE

Position Summary: We are seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our team. This role is responsible for welding structural steel components used in large-scale fabrication projects while ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with specifications. Candidates must be proficient in structural welding processes and capable of working from blueprints and weld symbols.

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and weld symbolsPerform structural welds on beams, columns, and other steel componentsUtilize Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding processesEnsure welds meet structural codes and quality standardsOperate grinders, torches, and other fabrication toolsInspect welds for defects and ensure structural integrityMaintain proper alignment and fit-up of structural componentsFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesQualificationsProven experience as a structural welder or similar roleStrong proficiency in Stick, MIG, and Flux-Core weldingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawingsKnowledge of weld symbols and structural welding techniquesAbility to work long hours, including overtime and weekendsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable transportation and consistent attendancePreferred QualificationsExperience working with heavy structural steelFamiliarity with fabrication tools and equipmentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or construction environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a team Pay: $18–$30/hour (DOE)
