The Role:- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals
- Supporting on title and survey review as part of complex transaction processes
- Acting on leasing matters across a variety of asset classes
- Assisting with real estate finance and structured investment transactions
- Conducting due diligence and managing key aspects of transaction execution
- Working closely with senior attorneys on high-value and high-profile deals
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s wider platform
- Building relationships with clients including landlords, developers and investors
- The Candidate:
- New York admitted Real Estate Attorney with 3–4 years’ experience
- Strong experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
- Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing and finance matters
- Comfortable working across a range of asset classes and sectors
- Commercially minded with strong technical abilityJ.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in New York
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
