Position Summary:
The Marketing Department at the Kelley School of Business, IndianaUniversity-Bloomington is seeking individuals with proven teachingeffectiveness at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels to fillnon-tenure-track faculty positions beginning fall 2027. Rank of thefaculty appointment is open depending on qualifications andexperience and will be at the Clinical or Lecturerclassification.
This position is based at the Indiana University campus inBloomington, Indiana. Faculty members are expected to work oncampus to fully engage with the department, school, campus, andcommunity.
Basic Qualifications:
For a candidate to be considered at the Clinical classification, aPh. D. or DBA degree in marketing or a related field from anationally reputed university must be completed no later thanAugust 2027. Candidates to be considered at the Lecturerclassification must have a master’s degree in marketing or arelated field. We encourage applications from candidates withprofessional experience, demonstrated teaching excellence at theundergraduate and/or MBA /MS levels, and experience teaching inonline and executive programs. The person hired will be expected toteach 18 credit hours of marketing courses each year, in areassuch as marketing research, digital marketing, business marketing, pricing, professional sales, integrated marketing communications, and marketing analytics. The individual may be asked to develop newcourses, redesign existing courses, supervise student projects, assist in case competitions, advise student organizations, andcoordinate with industry partners, among other activities insupport of the Kelley School’s educational mission.
