PAY & SCHEDULEDay Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM Starting Pay: $19.00/hour Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM Starting Pay: $20.75/hour — this rate includes $2.00/hour night shift differential

Work approximately 15 days per month Built-in overtime every other week Additional overtime may be available12-hour shifts provide longer stretches of time offWHAT YOU'LL DOOperate and monitor automated equipment used to manufacture medical products. This is a hands-on production position where attention to detail and following procedures are important. Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment Load materials and remove finished products Monitor equipment and production processes Perform routine quality checks Identify and report equipment or production issues Record production and quality information Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow cleanroom and PPE requirements Work with your team to meet production and quality goalsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORManufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.
