Join Our Team! We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as a Production Associate I in our window and door manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement within the company.
What You'll Do:- Assist in the production of windows and doors by operating machinery and tools
- Assemble components such as frames, glass, and hardware
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules and meet daily goals (UPAH)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPEWork as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, dust).Work Environment Fast-paced production floor with a team-oriented culture focused on safety and quality.
