Senior Director, M&A & Corporate Strategy

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development who will report to the Vice President of Corporate Development and build a best-in-class function. You will lead transactions across acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and restructurings, driving evaluation, negotiation, and integration. You must show outstanding relationship skills with internal teams and external partners, think strategically, and execute tactically to close transactions.
