Change Management Analyst

What you will do at Sogeti: Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for IT and business transformation initiatives. Assist with organizational change activities related to the implementation of enterprise systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and other business applications. Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to assess change impacts and support readiness efforts. Coordinate training, user enablement, communications, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Develop stakeholder engagement materials, end-user communications, training resources, and adoption support content. Track and monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and change readiness indicators. Identify potential resistance, risks, and adoption challenges, and collaborate with project and business teams to implement mitigation strategies. Support post-implementation activities to reinforce new ways of working and drive sustainable behavior change. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings as needed.

The base salary range for the tagged location is 100-135K.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
