Every AI cluster runs on dense, flawless fiber. We need a product leader toown the strategy, roadmap and profitability of pre-terminated fiber assembliesfor Hyperscale and AI customers across North America. This is apermanent, direct-hire rolewith long-term growth. You'll be the technical voice that turns customer pain points into products, and your decisions will move revenue, margin and market share.
What You'll Do:
- Build a multi-year roadmap for MMC / MPO / LC assemblies and patch cords
- Lead new products from concept to launch with R&D, Sales and Operations
- Own pricing, margins and portfolio performance
- Be the product SME on major RFPs and hyperscale customer visits
- Influence cable designs (loose tube, ribbon, IBR) behind the assemblies
- What You Bring 5+ years in product management or development withpre-terminated assemblies in data centers
- Strong knowledge of400G / 800G / 1.6T, VSFF connectors and ToR / MoR / EoR cabling
- Financial acumen: pricing, margins and P&LFamiliarity with ITU, TIA, IEC and IEEE standards
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business or Marketing (MBA preferred)
Bonus: EBO, MCF or HCF fiber knowledge
