Coating Technician

Coating TechnicianNesco Resource is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Coating Technician to join a manufacturing team in West Henrietta, NY. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers hands-on experience in a clean room production environment with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The Coating Technician will support daily production goals by operating coating equipment, handling glass substrates, performing inspections, and maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, comfortable working with small components, and take pride in producing high-quality products.$19.00 - $21.00/Hour (Based On Experience) + 10% Shift Diff.
