What You'll Be Doing: As a Sales Representative with Pally Roofing, you'll be responsible for building relationships with homeowners, identifying roofing opportunities, following up with potential customers, and helping guide customers through the sales process. That means you won't be sitting around waiting for success to come to you. You'll need to go get it. You'll prospect. You'll meet people. You'll follow up. You'll build relationships. You'll ask for the business. And most importantly, you'll make sure the customer feels taken care of from the first conversation through the entire process. Because at Pally Roofing, we're not interested in making a quick sale at the expense of our reputation. We want customers who are happy they chose Pally Roofing and salespeople who are proud of how they earned their business. Experience Is Great. Character and Drive Are Better. Roofing experience is a plus, and sales experience can absolutely help, but we're also interested in the person behind the rsum. If you're motivated, competitive, comfortable talking to people, willing to learn, and ready to work, we want to hear from you. We can help teach you the roofing business. We can help sharpen your sales skills. We can teach processes, products, and techniques. But we can't teach hunger. That's something you have to bring with you. Why Pally Roofing? We're building more than a roofing company. We're building a team of people who want to win together and build something they're proud of. We want salespeople who care about their reputation, their customers, their teammates, and their own success. If you're the type of person who believes your results should reflect your effort, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build their income, sharpen their sales abilities, challenge themselves, and become part of a growing team. Who This Job Probably Isn't For Let's be honest. Sales isn't for everyone. This probably isn't the right opportunity if you're looking for something easy, don't like talking to new people, need someone constantly reminding you what to do, or give up after hearing "no." But if rejection motivates you... If competition brings out the best in you... If you want your hard work to actually mean something... If you're willing to make the extra call, send the follow-up text, meet the next homeowner, and chase the next opportunity... We should talk. Ready to Bet on Yourself? We're looking for people who are ready to work, learn, grow, earn, and become part of the next chapter at Pally Roofing. We're not expecting perfection. We're looking for effort, integrity, consistency, and hunger. If you have those things, we want to meet you. COME HUNGRY. STAY HONEST. HUSTLE HARD. Apply today to join the Pally Roofing sales team.
