Vice President of FinanceUp to $200k + Bonus Potential
High Growth Company! Location: Greater Tampa, FL | On-Site | Local Candidates Only
A well-established, private equity-backed organization with a long track record of operational excellence is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as the primary financial thought leader and strategic partner to executive and ownership stakeholders. This is a rare opportunity to step into a mature, high-functioning finance organization to elevate an already exceptional team and help drive the next chapter of growth. The accounting function is tenured, stable, and runs with remarkable efficiency, creating a strong foundation from which this leader can focus on strategy, M&A, and long-term value creation. The role sits at the senior leadership table, with direct partnership to the CEO, BOD, and PE ownership, requiring someone equally comfortable in the weeds of financial detail as they are presenting at the highest levels. The company is actively pursuing both organic growth and acquisition opportunities, making M&A experience and a strategic mindset genuinely essential rather than simply preferred. The culture is warm, collaborative, and low-hierarchy — long tenure is the norm, trust runs deep, and the best idea wins regardless of title. This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance executive who leads with humility, thinks like an operator, and is energized by the chance to shape the financial future of a thriving, purpose-driven business. Successful completion of background, drug, credit and reference checks required!
