Rework Operator Responsible for reworking/inspecting both finished goods and RMA
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Follow rework schedule and instruction provided by Rework Supervisor.
- Be familiar with quality concerns for products passing through the hold area.
- Understand machine capabilities and follow operating protocols.
- Understand packaging specifications and package finished goods.
- Log rework in SharePoint Rework Log form.
- Print Labels using Data Collector.
- Delete/Scrap rolls using Data Collector.
- Operate a forklift to safely load, unload, and move rolls throughout the plant.
- Communicate with production about rework
- Operator Light DutyVerbal training
