Hybrid Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist

UW Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and primary care teams. The roles offer a hybrid schedule at our Middleton/Madison sites with in-person work required at least three days per week. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree for Therapist or a Doctoral degree for Psychologist, with appropriate licensure and CPR certification.
