What You'll Do: As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Interior and exterior painting projects
- Surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Applying paint, stain, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Drywall taping, mudding, texturing, and finishing
- Cabinet and trim painting (spray experience is highly valued)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, team members, and management
- Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and exceed quality expectations
What We're Looking For:- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting and drywall finishing experience
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Experience with drywall taping, mudding, and finishing
- Basic personal painting tools
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience using airless and HVLP sprayers
- High-end cabinet spraying and finishing experience
- Vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials
- Ability to transport equipment such as ladders and painting supplies
