Entry-Level Logistics Operator

Job Responsibilities: Follow workplace safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and products. Learn to safely operate forklifts and other equipment after completing required training. Help prepare materials and products for shipping and receiving. Assist with checking inventory, labeling materials, and keeping accurate records. Learn to complete basic shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork. Assist with inspecting materials and equipment to identify potential safety or quality concerns. Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep daily operations running smoothly. Participate in training and learn different areas of warehouse and plant operations. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics experience required. Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training, including forklift certification. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Basic reading, math, communication, and computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work indoors and outdoors. Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including a drug test and physical examination.

Pay Rate: $24-25/hr, depending on experience
