VP, Digital Commerce-Marketplace

Remote (United States): Careismatic Brands outfits our community of care through our portfolio of market-leading brands that meet the diverse needs of healthcare professionals worldwide. We are one piece of a larger community of those who are and are cared for. Whether it’s medical professionals or the patients they serve, we are inspired by those who wear our uniforms every day. We have an outstanding opportunity for a VP, Digital Commerce-Marketplace to own the full commercial agenda: P&L performance, content and listing quality, retailer media strategy, promotional planning, and marketplace expansion. You will be the primary face of the business internally and the senior point of contact for platform relationships externally. The VP, Digital Commerce - Marketplace is the senior executive owner of Careismatic Brands’ third-party marketplace channel — one of the company’s most strategically important revenue engines. Reporting directly to the SVP, Digital Commerce, this role carries full P&L accountability and end-to-end channel responsibility across our marketplace portfolio, with Amazon as the anchor platform and Walmart Marketplace as an active, growing channel. This is a full-time remote role.

Salary Range: $200k-$235k base salary

What Your Day Looks Like: P&L Ownership You own the number. That means full accountability for revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin across the marketplace portfolio — with active, data-driven management of the inputs that move them: sessions, conversion, ASP, pricing, media, and promotional cadence. You build the plan, track performance at the brand and style level, and make fast adjustments when the business isn’t on track.

Channel Operations & Content: You run the day-to-day. Listings, content quality, Buy Box health, account compliance, fulfillment performance, retailer media — you know these levers intimately and hold the team to a high execution standard. You set the content bar across the brand portfolio and ensure PDPs, A+ content, and brand stores are built to convert, not just to check a box.

Expansion: You bring a disciplined approach to growth. That means a structured test-and-learn framework for evaluating new marketplace opportunities — domestic and international — with clear prioritization criteria and performance gates before scaling. Walmart is an active channel that needs to grow. New platforms get evaluated rigorously before they get resourced.

Team & Organization: You will build and lead a team that spans domestic and offshore resources across content, operations, media, and analytics. You build clarity around roles, integrate offshore capability effectively into the operating model, and develop the people around you. You identify gaps early and make the talent decisions needed to keep the organization ahead of the business.

What We’re Looking For: Significant (10+ years) experience leading and scaling a large-volume marketplace business, with direct P&L ownership at a senior level. Deep, hands-on Amazon expertise across the full 3P seller model: Seller Central, advertising (AMS/DSP), Brand Analytics, content, and account health. Active experience on Walmart Marketplace or comparable secondary platforms, with a clear understanding of how platform dynamics differ from Amazon. Proven expansion track record — new platforms, new geographies, or both — with a structured approach to evaluation and go-to-market. Strong financial acumen: able to own a P&L, build a forecast, and connect operational decisions to financial outcomes. Proven people leader with experience managing domestic and offshore teams; comfortable operating across time zones and organizational complexity. Player-coach orientation — sets strategy, but stays close to the work and leads from experience. Strong executive communicator; credible presenting performance, strategy, and investment cases to C-suite stakeholders.
