Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Greater Chicago Area)

What You'll Do: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications in cloud-native environments. Build and support AI-driven applications, agentic workflows, and AI development pipelines. Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes (AKS preferred).Partner with engineering teams to review, remediate, and productionize AI-generated code. Improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform reliability. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and application security best practices. Identify and resolve issues related to AI-generated code quality, testing, and scalability.

Required Skills: 2+ years of full-stack software development experience. Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application deployment. Experience building and consuming REST APIs. Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices. Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or OpenAI in a professional environment. Understanding of application security, automated testing, and production readiness.
