Manufacturing Machine Operator

This role involves operating complex machinery, maintaining product quality, and supporting our mission to sustainably nourish the global community with our high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of machinery operations and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to manufacture food and agricultural products. Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation and quality production, while adhering to safety standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and ensure continuous production. Maintain thorough documentation of production quantities, processing times, and detailed logs of machine operations. Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and meet production targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Proficient in operating complex manufacturing machinery and monitoring systems. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work responsibly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Forklift Operator certification is beneficial.
