Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, developing personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs. Create and consult on crisis plans and risk assessments, prioritizing client safety and well-being. Complete documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement. Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methods, enhancing the efficacy of treatment and ensuring quality care. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that align with the clinic's mission. Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to bridge gaps in service and advocate for client needs. Foster relationships within the community to identify new partnerships and funding opportunities that benefit our programs. Participate in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and task forces pertinent to your area of expertise. Promote the values and mission of Inner Spark Counseling Clinic within your work and in the broader community. Perform additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on a diverse population seeking assistance with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Each client presents distinct needs, and your adaptability and understanding will play a critical role in their treatment journey.

Qualifications: A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required. Current independent LMHC licensure issued by the Washington state board. Strong capabilities in maintaining clinical records and preparing associated reports efficiently. Proven ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team environment, displaying effective communication skills. Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions rooted in professional knowledge.

Preferred Experience: Experience in outpatient mental health counseling is preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities relevant to diverse client populations. Previous work involving crisis intervention and assessment is a strong plus.
