Restoration Project Manager (Omaha Metropolitan Area)

We are looking for a Restoration Project Manager in the Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska area for one of our clients. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will manage the reconstruction of the property while effectively controlling and communicating the budget. Qualifications & Responsibilities: Experience in Restoration/Reconstruction industry Construction project management experience, specifically with commercial and residential losses is preferred Ability to lead and develop a team Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience Confirm the budget and work orders before the start of the project. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
