This role serves a population of more than 275,000 patients across north central Montana and offers an exceptional balance of clinical autonomy, specialty support, and quality of life. The position provides the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care within a well-established practice featuring advanced surgical capabilities. Practice InfoLarge regional tertiary care center Well-established practice with 4 Urology physicians Supported by a highly skilled clinical team including a procedural nurse, surgery schedulers, and an experienced RN clinical manager Outpatient procedures performed in four spacious, fully equipped procedure rooms within the clinic Surgical services feature 10 main operating rooms, a dedicated cystoscopy suite, and advanced robotic capabilities including Da Vinci 5 and XI platforms with experienced robotic first assistants Epic EMR utilized system-wide
