Experience with configuration management, engineering change control, or Liaison Action Report processes. Experience working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Familiarity with shipboard machinery control systems, propulsion plant configurations, or HM&E systems. Experience with Microsoft Access or database tools for tracking and reporting. Familiarity with Navy or DoD technical documentation standards (MIL-STD, NAVSEA drawing practices).

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE: This role includes a structured 6-month onboarding period at our Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) to ensure thorough training on program systems, ship configurations, and documentation processes (100% onsite). After onboarding, a hybrid schedule may be available depending on program needs (minimum 50% onsite at LBES). TDY travel to ships and naval installations required (approximately 1-2 trips per year).
