- Experienced Concrete Finisher
- Forcine Wall & Patio, Inc., an established and growing concrete and masonry contractor, is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher
- The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail and has experience completing commercial site-concrete projects.
- Typical work includes:
Sidewalks
CurbsADA ramps
Dumpster pads
FootingsConcrete slabs and pads
Other commercial concrete installations
Job responsibilities:
- Set forms accurately to the required lines and grades
- Place, screed and finish concrete
- Install reinforcement and expansion-joint materials
- Produce broom, trowel and other specified finishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work effectively as part of a concrete crew
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional concrete forming and finishing experience
- Ability to read construction plans
- Understanding of elevations, grades and layout
- Ability to work independently and with a crew, and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have hands-on experience forming, placing and finishing concrete.
