Job Description:
We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience, but extensive machine operating experience is not required. Training will be providedPay: $20.00 per hourAvailable Shifts:1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:15 PMResponsibilitiesSafely operate assigned production machinery and equipmentFollow all safety and quality proceduresLoad raw materials or parts into machinesMonitor machines during productionMake basic machine adjustments as neededInspect finished products for qualityIdentify obvious defects or production issuesProperly label finished productsMaintain basic production and quality recordsKeep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organizedReturn tools and equipment to designated locationsCommunicate machine, safety, or quality concerns to a supervisorWork closely with other team members to meet production goalsFollow production schedules and adapt to changes when necessaryPerform other production-related duties as assignedWork overtime when requiredQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn how to operate production equipmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic mechanical aptitudeStrong attention to safety and qualityDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the shiftAbility to bend, reach, push, and pull as requiredAbility to regularly lift up to 50 poundsAbility to safely work around manufacturing equipment
