We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
- Address a range of needs including community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADL's, IADL's, and leisure skills
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Occupational Therapy License in the state of NJCurrent CPR certification
- Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
