Customer-Facing Loss Prevention & Security Specialist

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure, welcoming store environment. You will position yourself at entrances and high‐risk areas, greet customers with a warm smile, and support loss prevention initiatives through vigilant observation. You will identify theft risks, report incidents to the Manager on Duty, and assist in bag checks while upholding safety standards.
