Estimator - Luxury Residential Construction

Responsibilities: Estimate high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through final pricing. Perform detailed takeoffs, budgets, material/labor pricing, and subcontractor bids. Review plans, specifications, and finish schedules. Partner with architects, designers, homeowners, project managers, and subcontractors. Identify cost risks, scope gaps, and value-engineering opportunities.

Qualifications: Proven experience estimating large, high-end custom homes, ideally $2M-$10M+ projects. Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction, materials, finishes, and trades. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Experience with estimating/construction software. Lakeside/waterfront Construction Experience Is Strongly Preferred.
