Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and personalized therapy sessions via video chat. Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapy modalities to address client issues and foster personal growth. Develop and maintain tailored treatment plans, reflecting the unique needs and goals of each client. Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, thoughts, and relationships. Track and monitor client progress through consistent evaluations, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary. Assist clients in cultivating healthy coping strategies and support systems to improve overall mental well-being. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a member of our clinical team, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with various mental health challenges. Our client base appreciates compassionate care and is motivated to engage in their healing process. You will play a vital role in helping these individuals build resiliency and improve their quality of life through meaningful therapy interventions.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).No disciplinary actions on your record and a commitment to ethical practice. Exemplary interpersonal skills with a genuine empathetic approach to client care. Proficiency in digital platforms necessary for telehealth service delivery.

Preferred Experience: While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference may be given to those with experience in teletherapy, working with diverse populations, or specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities that support mental well-being.

Compensation and Benefits: Inner Calm Mental Healthcare offers a lucrative compensation package comprising a sign-on bonus, an annual salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Further, compensation is paid weekly via direct deposit, ensuring a smooth paycheck process. We also minimize administrative workloads, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—your clients.
