Compensation: $150 Per Hour
Position HighlightsStart Date: November 2
Schedule: 24 hours per week, MondayWednesdayFriday
Ideal Schedule: Monday 10 hours, Wednesday afternoon 4 hours, Friday 10 hours
Setting:
Outpatient Primary Care
Patient Volume: Approximately 2 patients per hour
Patient Population: Adults, age 18+
Call:
None
Support: Medical Assistant provided
Procedures: Not required
EMR: Not specified
Responsibilities:
The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, preventive care, and follow-up. The physician will work alongside an experienced support team with MA assistance.
QualificationsMD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Connecticut medical license
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification
