Job DescriptionQualifications: Must be US citizen or Permanent ResidentMinimum of Two (1) years of relevant sewing experience in a factory or manufacturing settingFormal sewing education may be substituted for work experienceCapable of using standard measuring toolsBasic math skills Pass sample sewing testsAbility to comprehend, carry out written drawing instructions in EnglishBe able to perform the physical demands of the jobResponsibilitiesThis determination will be made by managementSew multiple raw materials, designs and productsPerform non-sewing functions when needed, including measuring and marking of materialsPerform all daily routine maintenance and adjustments on sewing machinesExperience in the operation of single needle, double needle, merrow and serge machines and bar tack machinesAbility to read and understand orders with pictures and or written instructionsMust be available to work overtime when requiredPerforms other related duties such as maintaining and cleaning work area as required or assignedFollow company rules and procedures
