Global GTM People Partner — Scale High-Impact Teams

WeTravel is seeking a People Partner to own the full people partnership for our GTM organization—Commercial, CX and Finance/Ops—across the US, LATAM, and APAC, supporting roughly 10 senior leaders and 250 WeTravellers. This high-visibility role works cross-functionally to build programs, shape org design, and drive performance management, compensation and talent decisions company-wide. It requires strategic partnering and hands-on delivery in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.
