We’re looking for an FNP or Dual Certified provider based in Arizona to join our clinical team full-time— to support our partnered facility in Chandler.
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Dual-Certified provider to support patients at a detox and behavioral health treatment facility. This role combines on-site patient care, telehealth coverage, and on-call responsibilities to ensure consistent medical support for individuals undergoing detox and stabilization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a substance use disorder and mental health treatment environment, collaborating with clinical staff, and providing medication management and medical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct history & physical assessments for patients entering detox and stabilization programs
- Provide medication management, including MAT protocols when appropriate
- Develop and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical and medical team
- Perform follow-up visits and medication adjustments
- Participate in telehealth coverage for remote consultations
- Provide on-call support as scheduled
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and medical providers to support patient recovery
Qualifications:- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active Arizona NP license and prescriptive authorityDEA registration required
- Experience in addiction medicine and detox
- Ability to work both in-person and via telehealth
- Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
