Account Executive

Our client is an early-stage insurance startup building a technology-driven approach to commercial insurance and risk management. They’re growing quickly and looking for an experienced broker to become one of the earliest insurance professionals on the team. This is a true builder seat. You’ll own accounts from intake through placement, binding, renewal, and ongoing servicing while developing carrier and wholesale relationships. As the business grows, so will your responsibility, with the opportunity to help shape the company’s broader brokerage strategy. You’ll also work closely with the technology team to improve internal systems and develop AI-enabled insurance workflows, giving you considerably more influence than you’d typically have in a traditional brokerage role. The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of retail or wholesale commercial brokerage experience, strong E&S casualty knowledge, and comfort navigating complex liability risks. Experience with Liquor Liability, Assault & Battery, hospitality, entertainment, or other challenging casualty classes is particularly relevant. This is an in-office, high-intensity startup environment, so it’s best suited for someone who wants to build, move quickly, and have real ownership over what comes next.
