Machine OperatorNesco Resource is currently seeking a Machine Operator for our long-time food manufacturing client in Ferndale, MI.
Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday - Friday with overtime as production demands.
Pay:
$14.25 per hour for training. Once training has been completed $16.25 per hour. Duties may include: Prepare paperwork and supplies for efficiency at the start of shiftPerform necessary set-up and pre-check tasks on machineOperate assigned machine according to specific work instructions and production schedulesMonitor machine for correct settings and operationPerform routine troubleshooting and maintenance as neededMaintain clean and safe workspace adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards consistentlyComplete necessary paperwork at end of shiftRequirements: Machine operation experienceFood manufacturing/processing experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to lift 50lbs intermittently throughout shiftAbility to work in a wet/cold (30-40 degrees) environmentNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
