Patient Population: Adults, age 18 and older Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day, with volume expected to grow

EMR: Epic Position Available: 1 Clinical Responsibilities The physician will provide general community-based hematology and medical oncology care, including: Evaluating and managing adult hematology and oncology patients Providing approximately 60% oncology and 40% hematology coverage Completing routine clinic documentation Coordinating patient care with clinical and administrative staff Providing inpatient consultations when required Participating in weeknight and weekend call coverage The clinic is located within the hospital, providing convenient access when an inpatient consultation is needed. Practice Environment This is a newly established hematology and medical oncology practice supported by: One employed physician One registered nurse One medical assistant One patient navigator Two front-office team members Additional clinical and administrative personnel The affiliated acute-care hospital has approximately 131 beds.

Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand Active DEA Ability to complete facility credentialing Full disclosure of malpractice history Current NPDB self-query dated within six months of presentation Exact availability for the requested coverage period Licensing candidates without an active Pennsylvania license or an IMLC LOQ in hand cannot be presented for this assignment.
